GeoBansuri
GeoSWAM IV physical model of a bansuri (Indian bamboo flute), built on the SWAM VariFlute engine.

Parameters:
Coarse Tune
Transposition in semitones.
Range: -12 to 12 semitones (default 0).
Expression
Expression, the main dynamic-level control. Note that from MIDI, Expression can only be mapped to Channel Pressure (Mono Aftertouch, NOT poly Aftertouch).
Range: 0 to 1 (default 0.5).
Fine Tune
Fine tuning in cents; ±100 cents = ±1 semitone.
Range: -100 to 100 cents (default 0).
Flutter
Flutter tonguing of the flute model. Externally 0 to 127 (like the woodwinds’ Flutter Tongue); the model receives it scaled to its internal range.
Range: 0 to 127 (default 0).
Flutter Enable
Enable/disable flutter tongue.
Range: Off/On (default On).
Hiss Enable
Enable/disable Hiss Noise. When off, hiss is held at the model’s minimum.
Range: Off/On (default On).
Hiss Noise
Breath hiss (embouchure noise) mixed into the tone.
Range: 0 to 127 (default 0).
Holes Noise
Noise from the finger holes of the model.
Range: 0.2 to 1.8 (default 1).
Low V Porta Enable
Enable/disable Portamento.
Range: Off/On (default Off).
Low V Porta Threshold
The velocity (0 to 1 of full) below which a legato note glides when Low V Porta Enable is on. The model’s own ceiling is 0.4 (about velocity 50): softer notes glide, and the softer the longer. 0.4 keeps that; 0.6 makes notes up to about velocity 75 glide; lower values glide fewer notes. Above the threshold a note never glides.
Range: 0 to 1 (default 0.5).
Overblow
How strongly dynamics engage overblowing (higher overtones) as you play louder. Held at 0 while Overblow Enable is off; re-enabling restores it (default 0.75).
Range: 0 to 1 (default 0.75).
Overblow Enable
Enable/disable Overblow (engaging higher overtones when blowing harder).
Range: Off/On (default Off).
Pan
Stereo pan position: 0 = hard left, 0.5 = center, 1 = hard right.
Range: 0 to 1 (default 0.5).
Portamento
Portamento between low velocity legato notes.
Range: 0.1 to 1 (default 0.1).
Timbre
Overall timbre/brightness of the flute model.
Range: 0 to 10 (default 0).
Velocity Override
Control to override velocity so that velocity can be assigned to a slider/MIDI CC.
Range: 0 to 1 (default 1).
Velocity Override Enable
Enable/disable Velocity Override.
Range: Off/On (default Off).
Vibrato Amount
Amount of vibrato.
Range: 0 to 1.2 (default 0).
Vibrato Rate
Rate (speed) of the vibrato.
Range: 3 to 8.6 (default 5.8).
Volume
Output volume of the model.
Range: -100 to 0 (default 0).
