GeoShred is an award-winning, highly expressive digital musical instrument for iOS and macOS. Co-created by legendary keyboardist Jordan Rudess, Dr. Julius O. Smith III of Stanford CCRMA and moForte Inc., GeoShred introduces a revolutionary performance surface with “almost magic” pitch rounding and advanced physics-based sound modeling.
GeoShred enables deeply nuanced, multi-dimensional musical expression across modeled instruments such as guitars, bowed strings, and world instruments. It functions as standalone application a powerful AUv3/VST3 plugin within professional desktop DAWs and an MPE Controller.
Position Summary
moForte is seeking a Media Content Creator Intern to work hands-on with GeoShred for iPad and GeoShred Studio for macOS. This role is ideal for a musically creative, technically curious individual interested in expressive digital instruments, music technology, and media creation.
Projects and Responsibilities
The intern will collaborate directly with the GeoShred team to help create engaging musical and media content, including:

Projects and Responsibilities
The intern will collaborate directly with the GeoShred team to help create engaging musical and media content, including:
- Creating original music, sound demos, and performance examples using GeoShred
- Assisting with the development of promotional, educational, and social media content
- Supporting the development, presentation, and promotion of GeoShred Studio
- Contributing to sound-related documentation, tutorials, and workflow materials
- Helping formalize creative and production processes to support future interns and contributors
